Product ion capaci ty Our cutting-edge fully automated production system with imported Italian components controls all processes from inspection of polyethylene materials used to make PET bottles through to stacking of finished products onto pallets. Our production facility boasts world-class production rates, with a maximum output of five 440-ml bottles of Mt. Fuji Omotenashi thermal spring water per second. An extrusion molding machine creates test tube shaped “preforms” from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a type of plastic. Prior to the blowing stage, the preforms are inspected by an overhead camera to ensure that the threads are intact. The extra-long air conveyor acts a buffer to ensure continuity in the production process.
